Ένας μηχανικός αυτοκινήτων άλλαζε ένα πιστόνι όταν ένας περίφημος μεγαλογιατρός, ειδικός στον τομέα μεταμοσχεύσεων καρδιάς πάτησε πόδι στο συνεργείο.
- Γιατρέ να σου κάνω μια ερώτηση; λέει ο μηχανικός.
Ο περίφημος καρδιολόγος παραξενεμένος περπάτησε προς την μεριά όπου βρισκόταν ο μηχανικός.
- Γιατρέ βλέπεις αυτή εδώ την μηχανή, την άνοιξα, της άλλαξα μπιέλες, κυλίνδρους, πιστόνια, δακτυλίδια, βαλβίδες και όταν τελειώσω το δέσιμο θα είναι καλύτερη από καινούργια. Εγώ και εσύ κάνουμε περίπου την ίδια δουλειά, πως γίνεται η αμοιβή μου να είναι ψίχουλα ενώ εσύ να αμείβεσαι πολλά χρήματα;
Ο γιατρός σκέφτηκε λίγο και με κρυφό χαμόγελο του απαντάει:
- Προσπάθησε να το κάνεις ενώ η μηχανή δουλεύει...!
